Exterior Changes

To receive approval for changes to the exterior or landscape of your home, please complete the form below and submit to Jeanne Dabrowski for approval. Please remember to attach/include your color scheme’s paint chips, color plans, a landscaping diagram, or other description/explanation of your requested change. Please be as specific as possible, e.g.: ”The base color will be Briarwood, the trim color will be Forest Green, and the door color will be Arctic White.”

Roofing Specifications and Approval Request

The Greystone Estates South Declaration of Restrictions requires that re-roofing materials be approved by the Homes Association. You can download the roofing specifications and approval request below and submit to Jeanne for approval.
