Neighborhood Park & Social Activities

The Greystone Estates South Homes Association Park is located just south of 83rd Street on Rosehill Road. The park has ample space for a family event and can be reserved by any resident in good standing with homeowner’s dues. This is a private park, and it exists for the sole use of Greystone Estates South homeowners and their guests. We as homeowners are responsible for the park’s appearance, maintenance, and legal liabilities.

The wooded park features a nice playground with swings, a climbing gym, and two slides along with a smaller playset. There is a covered pavilion with picnic tables, and a large fireplace-style grill for picnicking.

Park Rules

• The park closes at 10:00 pm. Anyone in the park after that time is trespassing unless the board has granted special approval in writing.
• Parties for children must be chaperoned by adults for their safety and the security of GESHA property.
• No glass bottles are allowed in the park.
• Report suspicious activity, vandalism or other inappropriate activity at the park by calling 911 or the Lenexa Police Department.

Park Reservations

Reservations are necessary for all parties in the park. Request your party via the Google Calendar or email at [email protected] well in advance of your requested date.

PLEASE NOTE: Clean up is the responsibility of the user. Please put all trash in trashcan. The pavilion floor should be swept and the tables arranged the way they were found. Parties for children must be chaperoned by adults for their safety and the
security of GESHA property.

Garage Sales

Neighborhood Garage Sales take place on the first Friday and Saturday in June and the second Friday and Saturday of September each year.
